that's Bush's home? wow, all kinds of quinky dinks on this one.
man, the media is full of a bunch of tools, the dumb bitch on the news here said "This could be a Terrorist act." - Idiot, shouldn't make assumptions when broadcasting news. freak accidents happen, that's more than likely what it was.

I'm particularly sad since I've learned a lot about these brave souls while creating a multimedia educational piece for this particular flight. Great, humble folks that were dedicated to their work. RIP, friends.

It is really not that "weird" folks. If you look at a map and notice the size of Texas you won't think it to be all that strange. Also they say "It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY a terrorist act". It is amazing how people hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see.

I hear unsignificant voices.

I live less than 50 miles from Kennedy Space center and I did not hear of this until I went to newtoday, woke up late and
went to the computer before the t.v., it really is newstoday! It's on every channel down here now but no talk of terrorism.
Sad...was a nice launch.

space exploration it's (or at least should be) the only place where mankind can show their qualities and forget their earthly differences. It's a sad day indeed.

It is sad day, indeed. How old was Columbia? It's such a shame that we spend so much on F22s and new whatevers and the space program is on a shoestring budget.
I've always been a fan of the shuttle from the first launch way back when I was a little one.
Americans and an Israeli astronaut, us and Russia, now if only we could make it more than a few people!
Peace. RIP in to those brave souls.
