I don't think someone should be allowed to exploit themselves. They should find a way for these people to get citizenship, raise the living wage standards appropriately and we all bite the bullet until things balance out again.

Illegal Aliens Out!

(Mar 27 06, 14:53)shoot them in the legs before sending them back, that would keep them from coming again!

the floodgate has been broken, dinky. That is why, the more illegals flood in, the less legit ones are going to be handed out.
- Mimio0
Dinky, The INS is obviously broken, they're already here, employed, and illegal. So you deal with the matter at hand, you don't tell them to go back to "GO" and collect a free lunch.

plus, your parents came from korea quite a few years ago, I would imagine.
Ask JazX about immigration now that Bush created the terrordome.

(Mar 27 06, 14:53)The people are the poorest of the poor in mexico. Many of them can't pay immigration lawyers or pay the application fees. Not to mention they have no education, can barely speak spanish and don't have the work experience a country would like them to have.

(Mar 27 06, 14:56)true enough but if its broken why not fix it?
start from the top, heavy fines and jail terms for illegal hires. giving local authorities to check ID and arrest for deportation.
system of rules are in place to keep individuals civil, once we ignore the rule of law, the society ceases to become a society
- garettwest0
why can't we just put up a huge wall like the one over in sand land?
- garettwest0
regardless gentlemen. you stop the bleeding now.
construct a plan to stop the flood.
realistically, deal with what is here. it isnt as if the US doesnt have the land. for christ's sake the west is larger than Europe alone.
doesnt fucking mean you give illegals the same status as a citizen.
sucks to be a poor white, black or a legal immigrant these days

(Mar 27 06, 14:59)yes they are but they are in Mexico. different country different nation. why is US supporting social issues that Mexico has?

i love how you guys will yell the most racist of shit and then rest on gov't when it serves your needs.
"The INS is obviously broken, they're already here, employed...
Mimio
(Mar 27 06, 14:57)"the 'INS' doesn't even exist anymore ass-hat; it has been USCIS (http://uscis.gov) for more than 5 years and is basically the creation of the neo-con administration you so gleefully brown nose.
the fact that anyone would yell these sorts of statements placed in this thread is sickening. it is sad that a group of people who pride themselves on their ability to communicate logical, clear, concious design can shelf that when it does not serve their interests or question their fragile platform they have repeated so many times they now call it mantra.
- dinky0
according to Lou on CNN, most of the illegals do not come here to live but only to work and send money back to Mexico. thats flight of captial. mind you there are some good folks who are illegals who volunteerly pay taxes.
you know, the Japanese and Chinese in US and Canada had to fight in the WWII to get their citizenship, if you are willing to put your life on the line for the country, i would be all for it.
