the floodgate has been broken, dinky. That is why, the more illegals flood in, the less legit ones are going to be handed out.

start from the top, heavy fines and jail terms for illegal hires. giving local authorities to check ID and arrest for deportation.
system of rules are in place to keep individuals civil, once we ignore the rule of law, the society ceases to become a society
