Hey Folks,
I have about $200k left in equity to raise on our $1.2m budget of our indie film shooting in New Mexico over January / February. Looking for investors to close our gap. Film is akin to Nomadland and looking for a similar journey on festival/awards circuit for our lead actress, who is amazing.
Offering a 20% premium on investment and backend % tied to your invested amount. Credits, awards/festival perks. Time on set.
Big distributors have read and loved the script, it's too small to pre-buy for them so we are making independently. Total budget is closer to $2m but we qualify for tax credit in NM and likely a portion in UK.
Hit me up at contact [at] braintrust.tv if you'd like more details on the cast and filmmaker. Thx Sam

I can only share what was shared on the press release but we have an amazing DP https://www.mikaaltskan.com/ so the footage is incredible. We are in post for the next few months but the performances were incredible. I have really high hopes for the film.
We filmed between Las Cruces and Ruidoso. Cruces def a change from London, lol. Not much going on there but Ruidoso was kinda a poor man's aspen. Great crews and locals in NM, however. Was a grind but we got 'er done.
- LOL @ poor mans aspen. yup. and we love it.BonSeff
- It was pretty cute - we were in a little woodsy cabin. You'll prob recognize a lot of the landscape/areas in the filmBANKattack
- Congrats on seeing a vision through, respect.BonSeff

Do you guys have a sales agent? His/her 15-20% fee is well worth it. I wish i had one back in 2015...
Congrats. That said don't expect $$$. The indie have 0 value to distributors. Just use its "fame" as a calling card for your next project.

Yes we have very established sales agencies looking after us.
it’s a tough game but I have faith we will make a sale on domestic and some have already trickled in on foreign, even before the premiere.
