- isn't the stripey stockings one f*cking epic!
<3microkorg - Love the style Microkorg! Technique seems pretty interestingPhanLo
- Cheers PhanLo. Been LOTS of trial and error. The slightest tweak to the prompt can send it off kilter. Seem to have a good balance now.microkorg
- Composition layouts are influenced by a huge folder of MidJourney typographic outputs.microkorg
- In terms of variables its age, race (part of world), and outfits/props/access... types.microkorg
- Nuts to think that infinite beautiful iterations with no real duds can be output at the click of a mouse now.microkorg
- You might want to keep some of your ideas in your head and just produce them without AIcanoe
- These compositions are Stable Diffusions ideas, not mine. I'm acting as a Creative Director only.microkorg

- A bit o'a fan o'a bit o'pipe are ye, Phanlo?
:)
This is great - pure prompt, or derived from some sort of source?Nairn - mad for pipes, laying pipe all day long.
I used this as the base https://i.imgur.com/… then used controlnet to fancy it upPhanLo - It was the same prompt once through a fast SDXL model on Huggingface then through the Alkaid plugin in Photoshop.PhanLo
- Hey Mario....in your past life you were a plumber.utopian
- I plumbed in a couple of taps in the house a while back, wasn't as fun as AI generating pipes or drawing them, that's for sure :-)PhanLo

Got access to https://magnific.ai/
It is Magnifique!!- I like how in the leaf example it completely changes the species, lolNairn
- It is quite unpredictable. When it doesnt understand something - like abstract art or theres not something recognisablemicrokorg
- then it'll struggle like other AI upscalers etc. But when it comes to photographic or illustrative content its astounding.microkorg
- doesn't always look better in the after. just more detailed. Can you not just do this in mid journey? upload an image and prompt it to enhance?_niko
- this is upscaling and enhancing.
still playing with it. im 100% sure its useful for me and my art style. MJ & Topaz are good enough for me at the mo really.microkorg - Topaz GigaPixel AI works greatutopian
- Looks like they're just using diffusion with lower denoise, also probably some kind of clip retrieval for prompting.kalkal
- (conditioning)kalkal

- Which AI did you us e for these?yuekit
- I used this Photoshop plugin https://imagecreator…
Using controlnet to work over the base sketch.PhanLo - It's so much quicker working directly in Photoshop.PhanLo

- how'd you get midjourney to make a picture of your mom?doesnotexist
- is it real or not?
just forget that bs. yours has an unforgettable video.sted - i mean it looks pretty real to medoesnotexist

Free Stable Diffusion Photoshop Plugin
- works great.PhanLo
- I find stable difusión never does a good job on photography or photorealism, everything feels illustrated and plastic_niko
- You could try something like this https://irahurtado.d…PhanLo
- oh shit, literally first time trying ended up with some definitely NSFW content.. and given im at work, had to hustle to close the window before my boss sawautoflavour
- I was definitely more Hustler than playboy also.. legs spread, other bits spreadautoflavour
- haha, sorry yeah, some window swapping is necessary at times.PhanLo

- (this is gonna be a pivot of some thriller movie.. whiz detective lies down in the outline of the murdered.. voilà. and AI is stopped in the nick of time)Squiddy
- Does anyone actually know how to follow that tutorial? I feel so old trying to learn all this stuff. Fuckit.HAYZ1LLLA
- You should listen to some Radiohead and let it guide you, @HAYZ1LLLANairn
- I bloody love Radiohead me.HAYZ1LLLA

Found a new AI site that can use controlnet to colour line art.
https://www.scenario.com
Think it's for making 2D game assets, so the sample size is 512x512. I upscale it to 1024x1024 and mix it with the sketch to then keep iterating in other things.
-
Here's the base sketch, been using my crew mates name.
I occasionally paint pieces for him as he can't physically do it himself any more (signs we're getting old).
These are some examples of lighting effects it produces
Some upscaled versions
As a way to stop the effects I used to draw a box around the letters but I've started to really like the frames it creates.
getting into weirder territory
-
The better renders are done in Playground and Leonardo.- Some of these examples are pretty close to things I would draw, funny to think only a year ago, this wasn't possible.PhanLo
- Great stuff...yuekit
- The weirder things these generative AIs create start to look like something out of Alien and it makes you slightly disturbed about where all of this is headed.yuekit
- I try and input a mix of vascular systems and machines, but I like the soft plastic render style. Essentially a pastel Giger hehe.PhanLo
- It's forcing me to learn Blender so i can model and 3d print them.PhanLo
- How are you doing the 3D printing?yuekit
- Not sure yet, but I know a couple of guys who optimise 3d models for prints so reckon I'll ask their advice.PhanLo
- Cool, I was thinking the same thing the other day. Although seems like some of this content might be quite challenging to print?yuekit
- Think I'd simplify it a bit at first. I see a lot of toy designers doing rough prints then adding clay to them, then re-castings those for final models.PhanLo
- these are sick.. been talking with a friend of mine about doing something similar.. fucking dopeautoflavour
- PhanLo3
- how much time from idea to this gif?imbecile
- I did it last night, testing out some other things, then decided to to try the letter shape. Maybe an hour and a half?PhanLo
- I did spend a chunk of the weekend learning the apps, but have a fairly quick workflow now.PhanLo
- At first glance, I thought that these were actual 3D lettering cutouts.utopian
- Nearly at a low budget movie on the scifi channel level of effects hehe. I'll try and make a full piece at some point.PhanLo

- Amusingly, after faiing the above earlier in MJ I tried your prompt and it actualyl cmae out with something OK :) More prompt content is advised :)Nairn

- I know you dislike the concept of NFTs PhanLo but you could be upscaling these and selling all this work. Far better than a lot of the AI work that sells.microkorg
- I just can't wrap my head around NFT's.
Love your stuff, really love it, but it seemed like such a hassle to set up selling anything.
Seemed worse thn galleriesPhanLo - Do you still make money from them?PhanLo
- This year has been pretty crap for sales. But it has been good for marketing/exhibiting though.
Tokyo x2, NY x2, London x2.microkorg - Branching out and doing more physical stuff in 2024. Prints, decks and likely a big pricey book :)microkorg
- Will still do NFTs. Got a WIP generative project. And want to do some blind-buy series where not revealed to end and do it like a raffle.microkorg
- Where some of the pieces will be a print or deck to be won.microkorg
- ETH is a bit crazy with minting prices. Think you'd vibe with Tezos on objkt.com
It costs pennies to mint.microkorg

"Visual Electric is the first image generator designed for creatives — a canvas that facilitates the flow of ideas.
"Many existing AI tools present results as answers to a user’s question, leaving little room to build, or tweak, or meander. But the best tools become an extension of yourself. Like a musical instrument, they are something you play. You arrive at exciting, unexpected places through experimentation and improvisation."

- Has some good styles, I liked the Riso effect. It's always good to see something that throws out results that don't look the same as other ones.PhanLo
