So this shit is mostly boring to me, but I will share a little wide-net ditty.
Way back in the day I was doing work with a guy who was born in the RSR, and through chats he was an luminary valve on the history of just how shit it was to grow up Romania.
In the late 60s their birth rate was so low that their dictator Ceausescu (sp? don't care) fired up a thing called Decree 770. It was a forced birth initiative that introduced a generation unwanted children known as the "decretei" (again sp? don't care).
To be clear, we're talking about an entire generation of castaway children that grew up stupid, unloved, unguided and angry.
Odds are our stubborn occupant is a grandson of a this forced natalism. People better than his father were rumored engines of whatever minor freedoms exacted during the revolution in '89.
After typing this out, I almost feel like I've done him a favor by scraping the bottom of the muckbarrel. His banal commentary on your children and families should fall on deaf ears. Think about how sad one's life must be to skulk and downvote on a near-dead corner of the internet, posting last week's gotchas on America today.
