Work pc, home pc, tv, and phone. That's four.
I tried the dual screen thing at work for a while, but I didn't like it. I can alt-tab through things just fine.

I have 3 on my work PC, 3 on my home PC, 1 phone, 1 TV, 2 laptops, 1 tablet.
Out of those 11, I reliably use 10 a week (depending on whether I use both laptops or just one). No fewer than 8 a day.
- plus one more for my wife's phone, and one for my car, and one for my aquarium's controls. Not sure if those count, but there you go.Nanocephalic

I had an iPad but the battery died. I can live without it but one day I may take it to the Geniuses an upgrade to 4 screens.
