someone just pointed out that suspending parliament means there will be a new session - so all that gubbins about about Bercow not allowing the same proposals back for multiple votes is oot the windae.
Don't know what that means.

Delusions of Empire aside (which I've never really countenanced, but whatever), I just don't get the logic of us being better off outside the EU, in a world where entities are agglomerating and developing nations are ...developing... at a pace unparalleled in all history. I mean, good for them, of course, but in regards to our position in the world - we're a wee island of 60-odd million souls - wtf do they think we'll be able to achieve in twenty years time when there's x billion extra educated and striving people people in the global economy?
