Probably saved myself $100’s (labor costs) by replacing the Air & Cabin filters in my Honda Accord today.
$60 total for the filters.
Never did anything with my cars before.
So easy too.Now it’s onto cleaning the Mass Air Flow Sensor
and replacing the rear camera which has gone RIP on me.Very proud lol
- Next level: You can clean the cabin filters a few times before replacing them. Air flow sensor is a piece of cake (have a Honda, I'm sure it's similar).garbage
- Rear camera could be just the unit, but there's also a car length of wire to consider.garbage

- I've never worked on one, but it's probably a 5 pin connection quick replace. The only reason I wonder about the wire is because rats chew the damndest things.garbage

Listen to him. Do not go to a shop in middle town for a reasonably priced brake job, but don't do it yourself. And when you're at the shop mate, don't press yourself to go to the bakery and spend U$D 72 on sandwiches, a soup and a decaf for my trivaily blessed mom and an equally blessed 9 year old. They're blessed the same as I know it now.
Surely as Pat is swirly - Bake more bread, have a packer for grub, and whatever it is that makes your happy and forgetful mom content. Do it without a complaint, even if it costs ya. As you were gents.
