- they last longer than most other brands that have ever existedmonospaced
- Don't know about cheap. They are around £80 for a basic pair of jeans.sem

I wear nothing but Carhartt pants. Super comfortable, and they last forever.

Sneakers: Vans. They're cheap, they'll always have certain styles, and they go with plenty of things I wear.
Jeans: Can't argue with Levis. Basic cheap stuff, and more expensive stuff that's more stylish and just as durable.All-around: I shop at JCrew a lot because I totally outgrew the urban-ish, shiny sort of stuff that places like Banana Republic make. Everything has some sort of thread in it that adds a shine to stuff. Most of the clothes at JCrew are basic enough that I know they'll be stylish for several years, and they'll hold up that long. I like more textured clothing, oxford shirts, stuff that looks youthful but has some maturity to it.

I use to buy Gap but I stopped because they don't seem to last. They'd get holes the area above the inner ankles from grinding while walking. I have the same problem with jeans. I've noticed Banana Republic lasted longer than Gap in both jeans and khaki's.
