This is actually great use of AI / Generative AI workflow.
Overly anti-Ai is a bit lame. Especially when designers and artists have creative control and sketch out their ideas like in these examples.

It's easy to predict the result of these regulations...after weeks of waiting people will finally get their hands on GPT 5.6 and the reaction will be, that's it? Why so much BS and hoops to jump through to get access to an incremental improvement? And at that point, open source will become much more appealing.
