Its simple my fellow... Without you getting in a tizzy.
is it just me or is this site all over the place! I made my brain hurt just trying to navigate round it, even on my big ass monitor.

The internet's a hard, unforgiving place.

"read" should have a landing page tho

I think it's good. Nice big images, maximized browser space, editorialized type hierarchy. I'm in! I like magazines though

Just for my piece of mind, what part of the experience is so good? The Design? The UX? Both?

astandard forms like this allow for the asynchronous feel of magazine interaction - a failing I find in a lot of websites, which tend to promote a overly-hierachial context.
The one bit that does jar though is how the 'front page' disappears when you scroll back to the top.
- annoying yes, there is a button to return to the "featured" area thoughdoesnotexist
- Aye, I saw that... but... it's not exactly intuitive, is it?detritus

I find the AI extremely off-putting. I would bet my bottom dollar that it changes within a year. Intuitive it is not, and the mobile version is a mess. Rather than responsive, an adaptive approach would have been a more favourable experience - a lite version if you will.
I would love to see the analytics since launch.
