'crazy'?
'crazy' is the way we (well, you lot in the states more so than us lot in Europe, but still, 'all of us') industrially produce the meat we eat.
'crazy' is thinking we know what were actually supposed to eat after x thousand years of macro evolution have led us ever farther from whatever it was we may or may not be supposed to eat.

i george foremaned a medallion the other day. since i pulled it out of the fridge a minute before "cooking it" and wasnt room temp it looked cooked on the outside but i pretty much ate that shit raw... i like it

I once got food poisoning from my own cooking... er, semi-raw, undercooked chicken.... I'm sure it wasn't organic or free-range,etc...
