    'crazy'?

'crazy' is the way we (well, you lot in the states more so than us lot in Europe, but still, 'all of us') industrially produce the meat we eat.

'crazy' is thinking we know what were actually supposed to eat after x thousand years of macro evolution have led us ever farther from whatever it was we may or may not be supposed to eat.

so - raw meat? wtf not?

    .

Guy needs to get himself across to Spain and try raw Iberico pork - i've had rare-cooked Iberico pork and it was fucking deeeeelish.

    • go get yourself some.dbloc
    • if i could trust myself to buy decent enough beef and prepare it well, i should eat a lot more carpaccio! :)detritus
    • I'd never really considered I could make it myself - i like and cook steak bloody rare - why not entirely raw?detritus
    • 'blue bloody' rare, i mean.
seared outside, just warmed enough inside.
