I've always appreciated the support I've found through the QBN network. As a small thank you, I thought I'd make available a few copies of my new book, called The Design Method. I worked really hard on that book. (To the point that my wife cringes when I mention doing another.) It makes a world of difference to hear that folks are getting something out of it. :-)
