Preferred the last one, it had a motion of flowing through your work while this one just feels like back and forth back and forth.
Also the menu is just a bit too abstract, so abstract that I'm not sure what I'd be clicking through other than the format of the work.
- Still excellent though, don't get me wrong. It's just your last was great.animatedgif
- Ha! The biggest complaint about the last one was the linear journey through the work. (No thumbs).sktIII
- You can keep swiping / clicking through the projects without having to go back to thumbs.sktIII

Great site socket,
but I'll put a rollover description/name on the initial project window,
when I'm browsing the portfolio I don't know which way I'm going, I guess I'm going left but I feel like I'm lost in there, maybe also some arrows to show people the description is at the bottom,- yeah some sort of interaction to let me know i can click when hovering projectsdoesnotexist

Cheers for the feedback so far guys.
To give a little context, it's a bit of an experiment in as little UI as possible. So everything is swipe, tap etc. Yes, buttons / arrows / rollover states etc would make it more usable, but I wanted to see what I could get away with.
The reaction has been pretty mixed.
- oooh, don't worry, the site is great and it works pretty fuckn well,GeorgesIV

As an experiment, it works brilliantly. It might be a little bit sterile in terms of engaging potential clients (assuming it's meant to do that). It shows off your skill but doesn't show off your skills, if that makes sense.
- Sterile (or minimal) is my preferred aesthetic. Not for everyone though, sure.sktIII

nice! navigation is bit nervous though. I use an apple mouse and scrolling from a work up to the overview it always takes me to the start screen which gets a bit annoying... or maybe I just had too much coffee...
