"Scientists rediscover lost coffee species suited to a warmer climate
Coffea stenophylla tolerates higher temperatures than Arabica and produces a similar flavour"
"In dense tropical forests in Sierra Leone, scientists have rediscovered a coffee species not seen in the wild in decades — a plant they say may help secure the future of this valuable commodity that has been imperilled by climate change."

From Lisboa, Portugal, finally able to buy online:
https://www.avidaportuguesa.com/…
Read about them here:
http://www.wheretwogoto.com/craf…One of the last remaining wood roasting coffee producers in Europe. I used to live down the road from them, and woke to a wonderful aroma on Mondays and Wednesdays when they did the roasting.
It's half the price if you buy it from their roasting shop in Lisbon....and you get a free tour, but with covid-19 the chances of that are now nil. So online and x2 the price it is. Well worth it though if you like a strong espresso with a hint of wood smoke aroma.

I love coffee. A lot. But it makes me really anxious, get knots in my stomach. Ugh. Anyone else have this? Have had to avoid drinking it.
- eat something with it. or have half a cup.iCanHazQBN
- Switch to half decaf or whatever works. Reduce the caffeine until you find the sweet spot. Drugs are all about dosage.nb

Why adding water when you grind coffee beans makes for a better brew
Coffee aficionados often add a drop of water to their beans before grinding – now scientists have shown that this leads to less mess and a more flavourful espresso
