IE10 isn't all that bad. Haven't really had any issues in getting things to work. I certainly would like to see the back of IE8 and older though.

I would say that Apple's browser support in ios is holding back the industry more so than M$ is these days.

Just to note, the version of IE on the Xbox 360 does a much better job rendering than I would have expected.
BTW you guys adding that to your test kit as well? LOL
It's friggin' worse than the late 90's early 00's with all the browsers and devices we have to test now.
