what do you guys do when you don't feel like working today and you prolong your work, then everything gets done late or half finished?
is there something i can take?

I usually resolve to that the fact that the work wouldn't have taken that long in the first place, and I can just lollygag about until racing through completing mere minutes before it's due.

It's much easier (and rewarding) to complete multiple small tasks. For large projects I spend a small amount of time breaking the project up into manageable tasks. I then set a time range to complete each task (ex, 1-2pm). Once you do this, you'll know where to get started.
