Tempting. I'm looking to downsize. The town I currently own is getting too big.

My mind is running rampant with ideas...
You could buy that and do so much to mess with passers-by. Like, make the speed limit 5 mph for about 20 feet of roadway, set up a speed camera and dish out tickets to everyone who missed it.
Or, just build a huge interchange with off ramps, bridges, etc. that only put you right back on the road you were on.
