i remember during the la riots when live footage was being streamed showing firefighters getting attacked and shot at... it was so shocking and horrific and regrettable. we've learned nothing from it though.

London, and much of the UK, for that matter, far from being the green and pleasant land of legend, has become a haven for vast numbers of immoral, feckless, violent thugs who have no sense of responsibility, right or wrong, or interest in the well being of their society.
The UK is almost the world leader in every negative social statistic you can think of: highest number of teenage and single mother pregnancies, drug use , suicide, burglary and car theft, violence per capita. Many of the estates these scumbags inhabit have had billions of dollars spent on them to improve them and provide better facilities, all to no end.
They spend their lives without any form of control, pissed out of their skulls on alcohol or high on drugs, worshipping the violent, heroic world as portrayed in gangsta rap. They are the uneducated, fundamentally illiterate captives of forty years of political correctness.
Much as their actions are inexcusable, it is the Metropolitan Police who have also been culpable in this sorry episode. Their first duty is to protect the public, and they have failed miserably, cowed in many ways by the same political correctness that spawned the filthy underclass they are supposed to protect decent people from. There could scarcely be a single member of the Met who could wear their uniform with pride this morning and ever after.

I remember years ago,
we were pretty sure martial law would never be directly imposed by the government, but that they'll let things get so bad that it will be the citizen asking for it,reading some message here scares me more than those crazy rioters, because some of you are openly advocating to give a free pass to the police & government to come hard on this stupid youth, but do you really think once the burning and looting is over they will step back and not use those same laws on you,
remember how the patriot act was suppose to protect the US american from terrorism, at the end it was just a clever plan they had ready for years and were just waiting for the right catalyst.
