It's very similar to Perpetua. There are subtle differences to the original but close enough. Thanks guys! Especially to dasmeteor for the hi-res logo which I could use with myfonts.

Looks a bit like a bold Caslon to me. The serifs are more bracketed than most Scotch Romans.
