Money is an anachronism, which needs to be abandoned together with VHS tapes and gramophones
If you miss something in your life -- go to a demonstration, who the fuck cares. It is every citizen's right and responsibility to demand what he wants and how he want things to be
If 299 million human cattle gorge at the feeding trough for 300 years and are perfectly fine with it, what exactly is the problem?
Normal people have everything they need, if not, it can be easily resolved by straining a fraction of the brain
Only stupid scum at the lower stages of development are interested in these questions. Their needs have no limits, they are cadavers, who are never satisfied materially You can walk on them in boots
and defecate, and they will ask for more, because theyre subhuman, slaves and shiteaters.Americans are mindless lemmings brainwashed by advertising and marketing.
Fortunately, they are easily manageable, you could start showing a different picture at the zombie box, and at some point they would turn into ascetics even.To kill them would be a blessing. They are not people, but human spam

e-pill, brother...I am trying to follow you hear, and I don't really want to get into your bidness..but I'm flumoxed...
So you paid 10k in taxes, which you said is 1/4 of your earned income, managed to save 50%..and then you live in NYC? How is this even possible? Are you earnings freelance/consultant or are you getting a salary? I mean..are you ponying up payroll taxes during the year? Doesn't sound like it and you're getting slammed at the end of the year..but but..aren't you writing shit off? Are you doing your taxes yourself or do you have an accountant?
I am truly flummoxed by the information you are posting...
- i dont live in nyc and havent lived in nyc for over 3 years now..e-pill
- i was freelance and didnt claim quaterly this one year..e-pill
- i didnt work much last yer just had heavy paying jobs that i completed in a short time..e-pill
- i dont see what the issue here is..10K is not a lot to pay in taxes either..e-pill
- That is very high.Jaline
- for that salary...Jaline
- is it really? it is rather accurate.. what number did you come up with then?e-pill
- don't mean to judge too much, but I figure because you post it here, it's fair game.Jaline
- Or maybe where I live is completely different or the employment situation varies, who knows.Jaline
- its no problem gurl..e-pill
- If it's self-employed income the number might be right, but the lump sum is killer...TheBlueOne
- ..and doesn't sound like you wrote too much off...TheBlueOne

In America, 1% of the people own 40% of the wealth
We're pretty far from socialism:)

Socialism didn't work for Nazi Germany but it seems to be working for the Netherlands. rated one of the happiest countries in the world.

or put this way, the super rich guy actually paid $60,000,000 in taxes
thank you super rich guy!
- moldero0
The super rich get tax breaks because of all the good they do for the U.S. economy, like closing down plants in the U.S and shipping the jobs overseas to save mass amounts of $$, I mean help other poor countries by paying their new slaves i mean employees 7 cents an hour because 7 cents an hour in other countries is like $50 an hour in the states. these poor colored bastards are now set with transportation:
health insurance:
fine housing:
opportunity to raise a family:
Obesity? not for our employees!
and lets not forget, a their very motivating management staff:thank you big brother for not selling out and really doing some good in the world, you deserve even more tax breaks.

How does what work, Jaline? Owing 10k? That would be about what a 1099 employee would pay on 35-40k of claimed income, after deductions
- Jaline0
epill, how does that even work?
- you're making a gazillion dollars, I suppose?Jaline
- maybe plan better?Jaline
- don't mean to be an ass, but I'm curiousJaline
- how does what work? where can i shed light on your curiosity?e-pill
- i dont know what numbers you believe i may have earned but 10K in tax is around 50k yearly.e-pill
- its actually less than 50k.. is that a gazzillion dollars in canada?e-pill
- plan better? what is there to plan, you earn money you pay taxes. i still managed to save..e-pill
- how much more planning is that? i saved more than 50% of my earnings. seems good 2me.e-pill
- None of your responses make sense.Jaline
- what is your question than, you never made one.. really..e-pill
- or are you just trying to instigate something that isnt working in your favour?e-pill
- not really sure where you are coming from or what you want.e-pill

Considering the kind of money I vague recall epill boasted to be making, $10K sounds like pittance.
So what are the standards here? Rich people—tax the shit out of them, fellow designers—take your hands off our money?
- those were the days.. i did earn a lot back then.. fun times.. this 10K was 1/4 of my earnings..e-pill
- Ramanisky20
Damn e-pill .. $10K++ in taxes .. FUUUU
- yucky i know!!e-pill
- Self-employed pay more, and I think they pay even more in NY.Josev
- doesnt "yucky" cover all that??e-pill
- $10K in taxes, do you,live in a box?
:pmoldero - haha, it just means he made a shit-ton and had to pay taxes on contract workmonospaced

A flat tax sounds nice in principle but would be financially suicidal. Has it ever been tried before? How do you finance a country with a flat tax?
We do know that a progressive tax works in a capitalist society. Look back at 50s and 60s era America, rich paid 90% on their earnings over a certain amount and we always had balanced budgets and everyone could afford a home and a nice retirement. It was when politicians listened to their rich buddies and started lowering tax rates down to 30% for the rich during the 80s that the country started running huge deficits.
