the white box around all the text is a little strange but I like it.

No, more like this:
- Damn, I was hoping this was some Stakka and Skynet...dMullins

Why don't you integrate the mask into part of the "O" and simplify the mask into B/W art work, eliminating the 1999, 3D bevels and drop shadow effects...
- Um, tried that, but the instantaneous association on view was A instead of O.pauliusuza

what kind of mask is that?
- Theatre mask. The one actor has to hold during the performancepauliusuza

Feel the logo and site design clash a bit.
The BG and the illustration in the upper right are what's causing it - they look more targeted to Nickelodeon than investors for a startup AI biz.- would changing the doodle with similar hitech / 3d render / glossy stuff work?pauliusuza

The background pattern feels distracting and the way you have your body copy blocked out may get irritating after a while.
- sorry, what do you mean by "body copy blocked out "pauliusuza

not bad but a couple of things...
- the mask in the logo to me diminishes the product and just isn't working. i'd remove the mask if you can and think of another object to put in it's place
- focus on your grid by removing the two gray boxes flanking the hero, increase the size of the hero to the full width of the content below, then, put that content into a while container and give the content a nice margin. as it stands the content looks odd just floating around like that. it needs to be grounded
- also. i'd work on the i.a. you basically have 6 sections all competing against each other. try and break it down into 3 main secondary sections, then 3 sub-sections with strong ctas (Availability? / Learn more / Investors) with a small blurb for each, nothing more than a sentence or two. They need to be instantly digestible right.
- i like the hand drawn art, maybe incorporate some of that by sprinkling more as icons for the 3 main sections (What is Omnitar? / Who's it for? / How much).
keep pushing. nice start dude.
