no amount of tips and tricks will work when you lag in the game.
I have 2 friends on my list and when they join up my guns take a full clip to kill someone.. They sign off and I kill in a few shots.
This is all due to lag. Many times I will look at the kill camera when I'm lagging (and this is not a huge lag, you don't even notice it in a regular fashion, you notice it on killcams as your hit detection is wack).
Many times my knife won't even register even though I get the full "stick it into him" effect. I shoot the guy dead center, unload half a clip into him, get hit markers, he turns around and shoots 2-3 bulelts and kills me and keeps going.
I can't tell you how infuriating it is.
When I play alone though, or with Plashal (Cali people), or my local AZ peeps, I am tearing it up.. as soon as other people join my party from all around US, I'm awful.

Also, it's very annoying when they see me sooner than I see them. This is again due to lag. In essence, since you lag a few milliseconds some players will see you sooner and even if you have slight of hand pro they will still kill you. You can notice this happening when you get shot at and you hide but the bullets magically curve behind the buildings and you die.
When I'm not lagging.. the deadliest combo in the game is:
Primary: Commando + Dual Mags
Secondary: Dual CZ 752
Tactical: Nova Gas
Lethal: Sticky
Equipment: ClaymorePerks:
- Ghost Pro
- Sleight of Hand Pro
- Marathon Pro (unlimited sprint) / alternatively I will use Hacker Pro because you can get to killstreaks faster by hacking claymores.Killstreaks:

Chopper Gunner
DogsThe trick is NOT to use Attack Helicopter immediately. Because you will make your chopper gunner inefficient for a long time. What you should be doing if you roll with this setup is to go as high as you can with kills and try to use Dogs>Chopper Gunner> and then leave the Attack Helicopter last. This way if you die, you can keep getting kills and go for another refresh of killstreaks.

btw Chopper Gunner + Dogs is the deadliest combo of killstreaks you can execute at the same time and get massive kills. You are shooting them from above in the open while the dogs are going inside buildings and tearing them up.. It's hilarious how many kills you can get.

ya, lag is the most annoying thing about this game, if you have anything below 4 green bars, you're heavily handicapped, especially in wager matches. it's pretty much impossible to get a kill in "one in the chamber" with lag

Anyone else play Wager Match - Gun Game? It's so fun, I haven't played Team Deathmatch since I tried it. Don't bother going into High Roller though, you'll get your ass handed to you

WTF is up with some of these pro challenges. "destroy 5 gun turrets."
I've played hundreds of matches and only seen one. garbage. unless your some dork playing with friends who will help you boost, this shit is insanely hard to get, not by skill, but by luck.
any designers want to team up? my tag is mohomicide. if you suck, don't bother. ; )

I am starting to enjoy it more now. The only thing that continues to piss me off is that you can apparently knife someone from 50 feet away. Pretty cool feature there. I think I need to remap my knifing button, because I always seem to get beat to the punch.

So I get a chopper gunner earlier, call it in, and its completely off the map - facing the wrong way. Eventually it turns round for the last few seconds and I manage to see a few red squares, I'm pummeling them with bullets, all hit markers and nothing. No kills. Total shite. Anyone experienced this?

i like how there are a variety ways of dying in the maps , i got blasted by the rocket take off , fell into boiling toxic waste , walked into a grinder , all on accident tricky maps

Played a pretty big private match with friends last night and it was awesome. At one point we were playing Nuketown FFA with the revolver pistol, tomahawk, claymores, and care packages at only 1 kill. It was a riot. Funniest shit I've ever done on there.

Great game last night and an example of what I mentioned previously with a dogs/chopper gunner combo.
44:1 domination match.. the end was such a fail.. I could have gone flawless that round.
