ya, lag is the most annoying thing about this game, if you have anything below 4 green bars, you're heavily handicapped, especially in wager matches. it's pretty much impossible to get a kill in "one in the chamber" with lag
boz, killstreak kills don't count toward other killstreaks in black ops
