I'm looking for examples of oversized dropdown menu's, ideally incorporating images or short descriptions.
The closest example I can find is this:

I think these are being called "mega-menus," or at least that's what we're calling them. Becoming very popular on law firm sites.

I've been calling them mega drop-downs, because that's how I first heard it coined via Smashing Magazine, Web Appers, etc.
