I think we need an official summer drinking thread. Share your favorite warm weather drinks, beers, potions, etc.

I think one of my favorites is going to be a modification of a drink I had at an Indian / Latin restaurant recently:
2 oz jalapeno infused vodka (homemade and much too strong)
2 oz pear liqueur
1oz fresh lime juice
2 tbsp of confectioners sugar
iceit's almost like a spicy margarita.
