My running buddy it out :(
Dog ripped the pad off her foot at the dog park today... poor girl. So running will be cut down some. She was doing mornings with me. I need more time in the day!!!!!

word. actually you should just come over to the y one of these nights and we can just run right after work from there. the greenway ain't a bad run.
- evil10
^ Sounds good, let me know when. If means anything I haven't felt 3 of my toes in days:)
- lvl_130
You are a fucking madman. I have to upload runs now, but damn! You will still be in first place. I like that. You keep kicking ass...and maybe we should plan a lunch run? Could be a nice break in the day.
- evil10
Ran hills tonight, never feels good going up.

really nice 10 k run tonight as it got dark. some cars, cows, and an old woman shouting running related things at me. so i ran up to her and kicked her in the nuts.

get some asics

those lunaracer's look dope. i pick them up just to feel how light they are every damn time i go to the nike store! i always want to buy them...but i feel like it would be a mistake. light-yes. supportive-not so much. with that said, for a guy with your build and height evil1, i would say something more like the nike triax or 180's maybe? i have been buying the pegassus (my last few pairs anyway). they are light (compared to any of the airmax in my opinion) and they are super-breathable. they are also one of the only shoes that don't come in striclty a super-white, reflective, hot pink accent color, look at my brand-new-fucking-running-shoes kind of running shoe.
and by the way, stop running twice a fucking day you bastard! :D
just kidding. you are hauling ass this challenge. keep on keepin' on.
- The support is actually pretty good on the lunarracer. The flywire really does work.evil1

It's all the same shit.
Just make sure you replace them every 6 months or so

its pretty accurate, but that's not the best perk of the system, there is TONS of mega-exact professional grade running tracking systems out there, but what nike+ has is way more users and an amazing community system that allows us to generate these monthly challenges, so we can all "run together" at different times of the day, on different countries, etc.Makes running more enjoyable, helps motivate you, and friends, etc.

How accurate is the nike+ system? I was given an ipod touch (nike+ enabled) and am thinking of buying the sensor, but a friend suggested a Polar Watch (with GPS Sensor)

I would recommend a physio whereRI.
A good physio will have you sorted in no time.
Well worth the cost if you can find a good one.
- lvl_130
whereRI, it sounds like it's your IT band:
http://www.rice.edu/~jenky/sport…i would def. get a new pair of shoes and see if that helps out. make sure you go to a professional running shop and not some place like champ sports or some shit. they should be able to help you pick a shoe that will best suit you.
- Not_Just_Another0
sensors being bought as we speak, should be able to join you guys in a few days!
