bastards.
keep sending reminders to everyone in my contacts. there is such a time consuming,round about way to withdraw the invites, which means they will stop these reminders, it takes about 2 minutes per invite and i have +- 400. fuck that.have sent them 2 customer service emails with no response.
anyone have this problem ? have googled but all can find is how to do it one by one.Id delete my account but found a blog post sayin there invites kept going out even after deleting account...

I've bee bombarded with LinkedIn reminders on behalf of a printing company I use.
I wrote LinkedIn quite literally the shittiest, snottiest email I could basically deriding their emailing policy, and cynical lack of readily available unsubscribe links in emails or contact details on their website.
They told me they'd added my email address to their "do not contact" link for life, and that should I wish to register with LinkedIn I'd have to use a different address, without so much as an apology.
In short, they are sweaty cunts.

I'm pissed because I registered my account in French and now apparently that's my unchangeable primary language. How the fuck can't they let you set your own primary language? They told me to delete my account and do it again but ffs...

@ i_monk, in sayin i joined to join freelance groups, i never would have if i knew about these reminders. i have probably ruined client relationships with these emails going out rather than built any.
they keep being sent to my old permanent job to , and all the group emails.

A co-worker doesn't have a LinkedIn account, but if you search for her on the site she comes up as someone you can invite to join your contact list. She was surprised when I told her this.

Yeah it's ridiculous really, I especially hate that there are no contact details on their site (that I could find, at least). It's like they know that what they do is fucking shit, but they try to hide from it by not providing details.
Should be a phone number on every mofuckin page!

I thought it was pretty good, till a couple of months ago when they allowed people to link their twitter accounts, now the site went from a job networking site to people posting when they are in the can taking a shit or letting me know what they had for brunch last week, pretty weak
