Peter Hook of Joy Division / New Order. Probably one of the greatest shows I've been to.
- I've been curious about these showsfooler
- had to squirm out of a couple supports for the light last year. saw them at a couple of festivals (we had the same agent for a while). thought they were awful.kingsteven

Red Hot Chili Peppers tonight in SD.

All the bands are in festivals now.... i hate festivals! Often, they dont come back and count their festival show as a visit in that city.
So many bands are doing osheaga and will not come back for normal shows
- osheaga is a great festival, well worth the moneyelektro
- I wanted to see only a few from the lineup. Too many people, too many people who just want to take selfies to show their festval look.Bennn
- I like seing my bands in small venue, hands on the stage.Bennn
- yeah the crowd can be quite obnoxious compared to other festivals, lots of young and loud superficial teenagerselektro
- But I still prefer how they do it compared to the FEQelektro
- Yeah, trueBennn
- Festivals = paycheck
Own shows = the real deal!!!chukkaphob - ^trueBennn

I saw Death From Above 1979 open up for Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Friday night. I left half way through BRMC... they were boring AF compared to DFA79.

Rammstein.
I wonder how much one of their show cost. They burn a lot of fuel.
- need something to compensate for the shite "music" LOLchukkaphob

Slipknot with Marilyn Manson and Of Mice & Men opening.
that was crazy.
I'm not a fan of Manson but i have to admit the dude gives a good show.

David Gilmour
-last Friday in Toronto.absolutely amazing concert.
figure it may be the last chance to see, essentially, a Pink Floyd show....
was lucky enough to see them in 88 for Momentary Lapse tour
in 94 for the Division Bell..
Roger Waters The Wall tour a few years back...
now David Gilmour...read an article a few days ago saying he's already at work on some new material for another solo album...but having just turned 70, I'm doubtful I'll get another chance to see him live...
- his last album is ultra boring. people wants the old stuff.Bennn
- it has a few pretty great moments... and it's nice to hear him do different things..but yeah...we were there for comfortably numb ;)exador1
- legendKrassy
- saw Pink Floyd (minus Roger Waters) back in 94 and they put on one hell of a show. Mindblowing!Krassy
- saw that tour as well....loved it...but still think the momentary lapse tour was even better... (watch the vid 'delicate sound of thunder) amaaaaazing show.exador1
