Lovely stuff man, I dig it. Is that running on Stacey?
- It's running on a beta version of a CMS produced by a friend.t860

you need to reevaluate the functionality of your navigation. as it stands right now, it is not intuitive, cumbersome and confusing. so much so that i only clicked into one project.
sorry.

Do you think it would make more sense to not have rollovers whatsoever? Have the user just click on the image to bring them to the project?

I like the site. Think you need an arrow or something to let the user know that they should click the project title to get more info. Or at least make the entire box clickable, not just the title text.
You might even want to try having the project screenshots different sizes. Space things out a little differently. Make the layout less uniform. Mix the shit up a bit. You can have things in a grid but maybe not one cell and then the next cell etc etc ..same size and position etc etc.
Other minor feedback:
- Don't dig the small screenshot you have for the first project. Looks cheesy. Just take a part of the screenshot at the actual size or something.
- I don't really care when you last updated the site. Maybe put that at the bottom.
- Your contact info is hidden. Those symbols don't do it justice. Just spell that stuff out.Other than that I dig everything else.

Make the whole box clickable and change color slightly when hovered over.
