Am I right in saying that? If something needs a theme it's one of two things. Shit, the theme covers up the shitness. Or, good but trying to appeal to people with no idea who want a theme to make the otherwise uncluttered thing a piece of themed shit. Been thinking this for a while and now's the first chance I've had to do anything about it. Anyone agree?

Agree. Tried to tell my boss this the other day when he insisted on supporting themes with this app we are developing.....utter meaningless shit... must be the most idiotic thing to spend time on.

Themes give back some level of involvement to the user and it makes them feel like they have control , the real trick is making sure your themes don't crash the interwebs
