Some suck harder than others. Pretty sure the powers that be there are Satanists. Or maybe it's just all that cocaine.

they all suck one way or another

yea, used to work for them. They suck. It's in their DNA. Please let someone else sell the iPhone here.

They actually downgrade you for buying an iPhone? LOL!

I just decided to switch to Sprint for similar reasons.

After almost a year of suffering with AT&T I finally got the guts to call their customer support and scream my heart out. What I learned is beyond my fucking believes. Apparently when you switch to AT&T (ala iphone) or sing up with them they automatically place you on some kind of deteriorated network where you will experience constant dropped calls, missed voice mail notifications and a shitty signal almost anywhere. However once you call them and complain they "upgrade" you. So I asked the customer support person why can't you just put me or anyone who sign up on the reliable network by default. She said it's their policy.
What kind of policy is that I had to pay $100 a month to get through the nightmares of communications and then I had to eventually get to such point of my humiliation where I had to beg them to give me the service that I had before switching to them.
For those of you on AT&T I would suggest to call them (611) and complain about your service. You most likely will get some credit ( I got $25 off my bill) and supposedly better service. I haven't experience the improvements yet, I just got of the line and I am not sure why am i posting here. Just needed to vent.
