PDF weirdness

I have a logo created in Illustrator CS4, exported to Adobe PDF. When I view the PDF in Acrobat the type weight shifts at different magnifications, i.e. the letter "i" is thicker at 75% than at 100%, which is unacceptable for my client. Here are some screen captures to help illustrate my issue:
300% http://screencast.com/t/0TRCOR9c…
100% http://screencast.com/t/TLnkJY2E…
75% http://screencast.com/t/N0EQIuL7…
50% http://screencast.com/t/N0EQIuL7…The PDF looks fine in OS X Preview, however, I need it to look good at all magnifications in Acrobat. Anybody have any ideas?

these kind of anomalies are usually caused by poor hinting on the font itself.

add an anchor point to the 'l', so there are 5 points instead of just 4.

That's a known issue. Man... some clients are a real pain about this, eh?
Adobe should have been able to fix this problem by now, though...
I'm curious to hear if monNom's workaround does the trick.

Adding points worked! Thanks dudez.

I'm not clear on what you did that fixed it? Could you elaborate?

@neferiu: he added an anchor point to the problem letter and it solved his issue. I'm sure it's because Acrobat recognized it as a more complex drawing and worked harder at making it look right at 100% and other sizes as well.
