Start by eating better. Have 5-6 meals a day, but make sure they are smaller portions then what you would normally have and make sure there are not alot of calories in the foods you eat.
Snack throughout the day by eating:
Peanuts
Cheese Sticks
ApplesSubscribe to Mens health email subscription, they send some interesting ways to eat better and feel better every day.
