but seriously, that doesn't sound right. what kind of router do you have? my old netgear router crapped out and was limiting throughput severely. have you tested without the router, just straight to modem?

When I restart my router and airport my broadband speed downloads at around 200 - 250 kb a sec but after a day or so the maximum download speed slows down to around 90kb a sec.
Is there any way I can make sure it always downloads at around the 200 - 250kb a sec rate?
