Fabien at Graphic Exchange brought this to our attention. It seems that this company http://graphicvolcano.com/home.h… has stolen work from all over the place and is now representing it as their own. I'm in the process of contacting some of that companies responsible for the packaging to alert them of their work being misrepresented.
I just wanted to post it here in case some of you have work which has been stolen and posted on their site.

Yeah, it came up here earlier today, they seem to have ripped a lot of people.

yeah, this has been a hot topic all day. just as an fyi to you:
http://www.qbn.com/topics/589329…but thanks, it is completely ridiculous that someone would try and claim all of that well-known work as their own.

Oops. I see you're already on it.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Bump. I guess.
First of all I hate people who cannot come up with their own ideas and think it is OK to steal someone else's work or simply use it (even their descriptions) as their own.
I am not one who enjoys bringing this up BUT when the person in question not only acknowledges the fact, but is also defiant and thinks this is funny.... shit pisses me off, so here it goes.
this guy (110) recently posted his Neil Armstrong "tribute" posters - which some of you did not like but when I checked his portfolio, I noticed I had seen most of that work somewhere else.
So, I did some research, including people I know and after confirming this, I brought this up to 110, to which he responded:
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/…
Here are some of the pieces I noticed had a "heavy influence"...
His work:
Florian Nicolle's (Be_ han_ce):
There are a few more pieces of work from other people's portfolios mixed in there and of course the usual NoPattern and company stuff...
And he thinks this is funny?

what's his site?

The work is real bad and real corporate.
I don't really understand why this is a big deal? If a ripoff is so poorly done most people can see the lack of quality.
If it was BETTER I could see more reason for an uproar?

About the ESPN work I might be wrong, but I don't think it's stolen work. From what I understand he has been asked by the agency -BDA creative london- to provide illustrations in the same vein as Florian Nicollle to promote the exact same campaign.
Checking the video it seems there's other similar illustrations made :
http://www.bdacreative.com/espn-…As for his work I find this part pretty good for exemple :

^ have to agree. not seeing the rip.

I don't know why people are banging on about the Armstrong poster so much. Who gives a shit.
The guy was obviously a fan and the posters are quite nice so if anything, it's a pretty good tribute. Plus he's clearly stated (if anyone was bothered to read it) that it's just a mockup and not for sale.
With regards to his other work, I think it's all pretty damn good. Impressive to be honest and love the Forest Gump project. Real or not.
