it's almost sad, but a nineteen year old brosef is my inspiration - check out this little twig and what he accomplished in 2.5 years:

http://www.simplyshredded.com/jo…- Holy shit, that's madness! I need to lose all of my fat before I start any training like that. =(elahon
- Holy shit that's nuts. That's a 19yr old body though, genetically he's incredibly gifted. That's about my size but I have a bit more bodyfat. :/kona
- more bodyfat. That's my goal by November 1st.kona

SteveJobs:
Most of my workouts now are a solid hour of high intensity strength training. The last 15 minutes of each workout I'll focus only on core. One core movement/exercise per day. I'm on a 3 day on, one day off schedule and it really seems to be working out well. My cardio I get on the weekends and 2-3 nights during the week, so some days I'm pulling a 2 a day split. Strength training at the gym, then a late night run on an empty stomach.
If you want I still have my 14 week out and 12 week out diets from when I was cutting down for each show. The 12 week might be a bit too much of a cut but the 14 week diet is a solid meal routine for normal training. Email me and this weekend when I get some time I'll send it over.
My routine splits are usually:
Back and Arms
Chest and Shoulders
Legs
Off
Back and Biceps
Chest and Triceps
Legs and Shoulders
Off
RepeatHigh intensity is the key. That and consistency.

I just play ultimate twice a week on grass and once a week on sand and go to tournaments. That and pushups in the morning keeps me pretty fit.
It's a lot more fun than going to the gym and running on a treadmill.

Never saw this thread till now!. Im all over the place schedule wise. Used to take a hybrid of pilates yoga, kickboxing and dance (all in one crazy 1hr class ), on Mon, Tues, Thurs. Had a great effect on my body and mind-state. Haven't been for a few months though. I just do all the moves when i have time.
Still try to break a sweat for at least 10 min a day.
Run 2 to 3 times a week and hit the gym/pool/sauna hard on Fridays, (a somewhat successful attempt to minimize bad habits over the weekend). The gym seems to have every type of machine and i just do em all in a row, three sets of 8 to 12 big reps.
I still have a lot to learn, but its all fun!

@kona
thanks for the info!i decided to try jack3d since it was much cheaper and on sale at gnc - wow. got a huge pump AND had energy to get through my whole routine with a tons left after - which is rare! i also like the dosage which is basically a shot. didn't get the caffeine-like jitters either!
i decided to follow stick boy's routine except substitute his higher sets for drop sets (so instead of 5 sets/8 reps of 45lb for X workout, for instance, i'll do 3 drops sets each one being 45(8 reps)/25(8 reps)/15(8 reps). then i finish my workout with a burn set. totally feel it this morning too!
