Redant, you seem genuinely emotionally concerned with this, so I will (as a rare occurrence) provide a serious response. If you are both decently firm in your fundamental beliefs, and you're looking for a "mister right"-long term kind of relationship, then I don't see how this will possibly ever work out. Sorry to tell you. As fond of each other as you guys may be at the moment, your conflicting ideals will be the root of all kinds of issues down the road. It is inevitable. There are lots of people who are simply not 'meant' to be together. Trust me, I've been there. I had a relationship with someone for about 2 years, wonderful woman, loved her and found incredibly attractive in all kinds of ways, but we were ultimately just not right for each other.
There are SO many people in the world, and you will (with some patience) be able to find someone who share fundamental beliefs with you, and with whom you can grow naturally as an individual and create a magical relationship. If the odds are too strongly against you from the beginning, I'm afraid those things will not be possible.–
