Under "About" section and "Contact" change the text to be live text. I can understand why you want to use a particular font, but it's hard to read anyway.

motion work is great dude.

Font weights are quite ugly, positioning quite dull. Wouldn't need much tweaking to look beautiful - it's just not there now.
I don't know why you bother with buttons - it just wastes my time. If I were you, I'd re-do the homepage so that the little content you do have there is immediately available.

I like the look. What I do find hard to understand is how much involvement you really had in the work contained in the reel. Did you do all of it, did you direct it etc.
Just saying that it can be quite misleading sometimes...

just so we all clear here, i am not by any means a web desinger, i dont know shit about it. i got a dude to do me a quick favour and help me code it quick, i couldnt really ask too much of the guy. on my screen it doesnt look too jagged, or not too much that it upsets m, seeing im not really advertising my web desing skills. but i hear ya, and will change it when i can, or when i learn bit oh wee coding

Sweet demo reel. Nice promo for the touch Pro. I've been using that phone for a couple months now.
As far as the site, I would try to differentiate the links from the rest of the copy on the page, and give a hint that they're clickable.
And the about copy needs a little more room to breathe. More space between lines, loosen up the kerning. It's a pretty thin font on a black background, so it isn't the most legible as it is.If you're not really adding much beyond the reel, I'd recommend having that in plain view once the page loads, as that's the real highlight of the site anyhow.

Im not trying to be a prick, but do you actually want a crit or for us to say it looks nice?
I couldn't view the reel cos my internet is shit at the mo, but I like the 80's disco colours, but I too think the font it too jaggy. If I were to change anything straight away it would be the heirarchy of information. The 'Work' 'About' buttons are considerably smaller than the 'Art Director' bit, yet it would seem to be that these buttons are more important than your title as I tried to click on that first.
If you're going to do an acordian style site I would go at it whole heartedly, if you click on work everything else shoudl minimise, not stay active like when you click on about or contact.
Overall the site is minimal so whatever details you stick on there should be as perfect as humanly possible otherwise, they will stick out and catch your attention like a brain in a jar.
