best css/html program?

I've been using topstyle but I always have to also have dreamweaver open esp. for wordpress development. Anyone have any good suggestions on programs/workflow for css/html templating and wordpress theme development?

I use Coda and BBEdit.
Both have their merits and faults. I am yet to find the perfect solution

i just use dreamweaver as an overbloated text editor with file browser built in:)

I use Coda mostly, Dreamweaver if I have to do a dreaded image map link, and Taco for quick lightweight edits.

Eclipse + PHPEdit/WST/JSEclipse/Flex plugins, are all you'll ever need*.
* Until they bring out something new**
