this is a small job and I am looking for a freelancer that just wants to pick up some extra cash and won't get his ego involved in the quoting price.
What would you guys say is retail: $100 per page for css coding, ect?

Textmate all the way down. Worth every penny, love the way you can have many files on the side and all the plugins.

Textmate + CSS edit... can't go wrong.
I'd say textmate all the way, but CSS Edit is oh so amazing.
Oh you're on PC :( Maybe add OS X to that list of things to get... oooohhh snap. That just happened.

I use dreamweaver, it does the job and means I don't need to use a seperate editor for html and css.
