I hardly ever like what I produce and I find holes in almost every project I work with. I constantly question my design and it gets in the way of my work. I'm lazy to the point that I wonder if I'll ever get my portfolio to where I want it... see point 1 & 2 again.

I learned a framework to complete this project for a client, and they loved it and it was really successful and I felt super-smart and competent and clever. A few months later they needed some more work doing on it, and I really had forgotten a lot of what I'd done. I scoured the internet looking for how to achieve this one particular aspect of dataset manipulation, and was stoked when I found the question I was asking had been answered on a forum...
