I'm guilty of making lists, then when I'm half way through I rewrite the list including points I've crossed off just to cross them off again.
I like crossing things off.
I also use GTD apps but not very well. For example, I'm pretty sure one entry in my laptops iGTD is "find good GTD app for iPhone"

Ever since a landlord of ours sent some London gangsters round to collect our rent, I've been terrified of people coming to my front door.
If the bell rings I get really scared and just want for all the world to hide under the bed or run out the back door covering my head.It's ridiculous - Im 37 years old and Im married with a kid, and the old landlord actually died a few years ago. What should I do, I'm like a bloody tweaker constantly peering out the front windows, dreading anyone coming up to the door. My ideal house would have a front door disguised as part of the wall so 'strangers' would have no idea how to get in, or even where to 'knock' or ring, which I think is such a fucking rude thing to do, but I know it's probably me just trying to hide my fear of strangers. Semi-help !
