i can usually get a pretty good idea of how cold it's going to be in the morning by the amount of steam coming out of the buildings of downtown chicago.
this morning the lake was steaming
- I can tell by the way the cold air goes into my nose. If it feels like nostril hairs are freezing, then I know it's pretty cold.kgvs72

fucking freezing here again in minneapolis today. waited for the damn bus for 25 minutes in -22 temp.! found out the bus got rear-ended and caused a huge delay on the bus route scheduling...great day for that!
