I'm sure many of you agree. The logo's they have created in the last 5 years are utter shite. The sometimes work well in a complete identity system, but are utterly lacking in originality and style.
don't say that.
show some examples plz
some of them are pretty nice, not as into them as I used to be that's for sure.
I am gonna have to go ahead and disagree
They may not be not ground breaking or anything, but I do think they have a sense of style.
why did you add an apostrophe to the word logos? that really pisses me off!
I am going to assume that Amicus is at the top of his/her game
just think, whenever somebody googles pentagram, this thread is going to come up
Spendogg... I'm not saying I'm brilliant, just that Pentagram isn't creating the world's best logos like they would have you believe
Why don't you focus that negative energy into something good.
whatever you say spartacus
I think their sensebility in design and branding is outstanding. It makes me question what your understanding is of branding and design.
i like their work. wish i worked there. yesssssssssssssss!
Sorry... it didn't get under 30ºC last night. slept like shit, and then woke up to see the new New York Philharmonic logo... then had a quick look and saw the MillerCoors logo which also didn't grab me...
Maybe I'll sleep better tonight :)
It's just the logos... the rest of the work is good... OK.. I'm going to try and get some sleep at work today :) hehe
Please drop the crack and step away from the keyboard. Pentagram is solid.
They solve business needs very well. that said, their work does not compel me.
don't fold so easily, stand your ground soldier!
