I have one. It's fun. But you can't beat a sidewinder mouse (PC).

I updated to an Intuos 4. The new pen feels kind of cheap compared to previous iterations. Do bamboo pens last long?

might have to pick this up now that it has touch..

best tip i got off qbn was tape some paper to your tablet for a little more tooth friction and a feel closer to pen/paper.
wears down the nib a bit but easy to replace (i know intuos came with a bunch of spares).

i loves my Intuos 3, 6 x 9. I can design 4eva and its just plain fun to click on stuff... and Now that i'm here, a smaller tablet space would feel cramped i think
Oh, and my wrist just said to say hi. ^_^

For all you guys and gals getting wrist pain:
Try resting the tablet on your lap, under the table keyboard stand or resting the bottom edge on your lap and the top edge on the desk. Switching to these postures rather than on-the-desk helped me a lot.I just got a new Intuos 3 and a 6-d Art Pen. I'm loving the extra function buttons on the side. I had an Intuos 2 for 5 years and the upgrade was more than worth it! I love the tablet for digital painting, but when I'm working with vectors I prefer the mouse... something about mousing feels more accurate when working with the pen tool.
The Cintiq is my ultimate goal/ wet dream.

Funny I got my carpal-tunnel-ish aches back in my wrist today as I started using the bamboo.

in exchange for some logo work for a family member. yay.really been looking forward to saying goodbye to this friquen mouse and saying "fU carpel tunnel" too! lol

Got it today. It's definitely not too small for me. I even cropped the active area a bit, this way the bottom-right corner serves as extra palm rest area. I might go back to original settings though.
My hand and wrist are a bit tense, I must be doing something wrong.

I have been using a wacom for 4+ years now (instead of a mouse), defiantly helps the with the carpal tunnel.
