Hey everyone,
I'm on Day 15 of no coffee and very little caffeine and really really loving it. Taking that high potency multivitamin twice a day, wheat grass pills once during the day as well. Trying to eat six times a day, small meals as well.
i've really just overall felt less stressed and more mentally aware and detailed everyday. I still hate getting out of bed but once I'm up I feel like I have MORE energy than I used to.
Headaches are gone and I'm drinking green tea, mint tea, herbal tea, and rooibos tea througout the day (the latter is high antioxidant/vitamin rich.)
Always drink more than two liters of water a day. Overally just feeling awesome and must say I feel much sharper mentally at work. It's a good thing!

"Heavy coffee drinkers are more likely to have hallucinations or feel "the presence of dead people," according to new research."

why give it up? It's actually healthy. In moderation, of course.

my morning stove top espresso coffee is a simple pleasure.
3 pills a day sounds like an old person with one of those 7 compartment pill boxes for days of the week.

I've been without caffeine now for three years and to be honest I don't even remember why I stopped or if I had any less energy; I still feel pretty shitty in the morning. I think they only reason I haven't gone back is just to keep this streak going.

Been 14 days without coffee and replaced it with green tea with half the caffeine.
I realize now that it wasn't the caffeine I was missing, it's the having a drink to sip for a few minutes in the morning and in the afternoon and going on QBN. Maybe next year I'll give up QBN.
