They need to sell it in a bulk tub. The individually wrapped packaging is such a waste.

I used to work with a nutritionist she swore by Solgar brand they are more expensive but have all the right levels you need of vitamins and minerals you need both to help absorption and they are all of the highest and most soluble grade

Not a vitamin, but if you are looking to fight the cold n flu, take Echinechia through the winter months.
You take it to prevent getting the cold, not as a cold cure.

It's quite funny because I find that it's the people who stuff vitamins down their throat, who dont smoke, dont drink and exercise daily are the ones who catch the cold and flu the most and always have the sniffles through the winter. lol

they are poorly absorbed in pill form. you can get 10x as much in real food as opposed to capsules. and most of the effects they claim are completely unproven.
Oh, and there is ZERO scientific evidence that Vitamin C does anything for colds/flu. One giant industry marketing scam.

Why don't you just eat healthy.? To me taking vitamins is a lazy persons way of saying I am doing good to my body, when actaully there are no suppliments for fruit and veg.
The only thing I would consider taking is Cod liver oil, but that's when I hit 50

yeah (Dancer), the only effective way to take fish oils is in liquid form. The omega-3 capsules are impossible to absorb in yoru body due to the way they cool them and gel them in capsules.
plus ONE FISH FINGER has 5/6x the Omega3 one of those one-a-day capsule junk things has.
*most* of them are really quite empty and ineffectual.
